Initially was interested in the used S5 but Matt helped me get into the new S5 for a great deal instead which was awesome. They gave me a great deal on the new car and exactly what I wanted on both my trade ins. Financing was easy. Michael reviewed ways to make the ownership experience better and gave me a great deal on a new car extended warranty. Scott delivered the car to me in NH and went over everything. Features, Audi Connect, etc. Exactly what every new buyer hopes for in their purchase experience. Well done everyone. More

I got a last minute problem (check engine) and Derek have seved me with priority and have fixed the problem perfectly. First time buying an audi. Got a great deal, had an on the ball salesman. The business manager was good with the paperwork but a bit much on the hard sell of add ons. Completed my service however had to return 2 weeks later for low oil, also reported an issue with steering column which could not be identified. Was told it was my tires. Still have steering issue. So it was not a tire issue but the dealer ignored my concerns. More
