Adam was very nice and professional. I arrived early and Adam was able to accommodate with any hesitation. They were able to get my car's oil change done immediately, per the video+ commentary - that was great!!! The car wash took the most time but well worth it! (The car looked beautiful.) I received a text that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I ordered the alto and by the time I arrived, it was already pulled up and ready to go. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Even Lashawn who took down my appointment a week ago. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Alto was fantastic. Thank you for the excellent service. More

It’s clear he’s equally as passionate about the brand as he is about his customers. Having founded multiple businesses on the principles of exceptional Customer Service, I am rarely impressed. TJ flat nailed it, all without being “pushy”. He understands the value of consultive sales and goes out of the way for his customers. We literally walked in to buy floor mats for my current A6 and walked out with both a new A6 Allroad and new Q8. That’s all due to TJ. Sure, the Coaching by the sales management might share some of the credit, and “family environment helps, but TJ is the man for a new Audi for sure! 10/10 would buy from him and Dallas Audi again. More

Jordan Windham is the best customer service agent I have ever worked with. In fact, he is so good it is one of the reasons we continue to purchase Audi products. I know that sounds extreme. But, his serv ever worked with. In fact, he is so good it is one of the reasons we continue to purchase Audi products. I know that sounds extreme. But, his service is so good we continue to purchase the Audi brand because we trust Jordan will take care of us. For reference, my other 2 cars are a Porsche and a Lamborghini. Resolution - I have to turn around and saw that my previous post has been resolved and the management team. Thomas, as a communicator, has fulfilled everything the Dealership said they would do, and J previous post has been resolved and the management team. I'm happy with the outcome, and I'm pleased that we were able to work with this team. In a time when my wife was sick, and we were in a stressful time, they have made up for all the miss givings.
