The service was excellent from the moment you walk in the door. The employees were great about caring for their customers! Priority after a pothole greatly appreciated! I had the experience everyone dreads....hitting a pothole and blowing out a tire while on the interstate, in the dark, in the middle of the snowstorm. I had the experience everyone dreads....hitting a pothole and blowing out a tire while on the interstate, in the dark, in the middle of the snowstorm..on a Friday night. Audi Roadside Assistance was awesome, and I had the car towed to Audi of Des Moines. I called service Saturday morning and Robin (my service advisor) immediately knew who I was sympathetic to my damaged R8 and immediately offer a loaner car! It sure wasn't their fault I hit a pot hole, but a loaner car was offered anyways. That's exceptional service! Sourcing a 20" winter tire for a super car can be tricky, but Robin already had the parts team all over it. Despite being Saturday, the replacement tire was priority shipped for Monday delivery. Imagine my surprise when Robin also verified that road hazard warranty was in effect, and I would have no cost to replace this very expensive tire. A quick steering alignment double-checked I hand't damaged anything else, and the car was washed and ready to hit the road. The service manager John personally called to followup up on the repair of my R8, and he even offered to provide me a notable discount on the alignment cost out of empathy for damaging "my pride and joy" sports car. I was really impressed by the quick and friendly help getting me back on the road after my pothole fiasco. I was a high priority to them, and this visit in service was like the others before it...exceeding expectations and treating the customer in a premium way. Thanks Audi of Des Moines Service Team for another great visit and helping me get back on the road so quickly! More
