Very clean and friendly dealership -- people make eye contact with you and smile, and there is a nice self-service coffee bar with snacks and drinks. My Audi Q7 has scratches all over after the service. No one responded to my feedback I provided over call to them regarding this. I was able to report a couple of them at the time of pick up and they fixed one responded to my feedback I provided over call to them regarding this. I was able to report a couple of them at the time of pick up and they fixed them but didn't anticipate scratches on car's front and didn't walk around. Since I pick up towards the evening, the lighting was not great either. The reason I chose Audi dealership over 3rd party providers so that my car is taken care of properly. But it wasn't the case. Audi Devon pulled one on me on a pre-owned vehicle. I wasn’t buying a 80,000 dollar car so They didn’t address problems the car had.
