BEST AUDI SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I had just moved to the area and my Q7 was having battery issues. I towed my vehicle to the dealership in Devon. Without knowing me, they had a loan I had just moved to the area and my Q7 was having battery issues. I towed my vehicle to the dealership in Devon. Without knowing me, they had a loaner sent to my house! They took care of my vehicle and made a detailed analysis of the problem. I should tell you that I moved from Frederick, MD and the Audi dealership is a money pit. Because of them, I was thinking about turning my Q7 for a Highlander. After going to the dealership in Deon, PA, I am ready trade my 2014 Q7 in for an upgraded model! The service team was amazing, customer service was amazing! Professionalism & respect for the customer This is the second vehicle we've acquired through Audi Devon and it was another positive experience. We worked mainly with Gary Smith, our Audi Brand This is the second vehicle we've acquired through Audi Devon and it was another positive experience. We worked mainly with Gary Smith, our Audi Brand Specialist, and I would not consider purchasing an Audi from anyone else. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes the time to listen to your needs, which are traits that are not as common as you might think in a salesperson. It is refreshing to work with someone with over 30 years of experience at the same dealership, which is an indication that the management team there is obviously doing something right. At no time did Gary, Leo, Nathan, or anyone at the dealership make you feel like it was "all about them" and meeting monthly sales goals, which was unfortunately our experience at some competing local dealerships that we've worked with in the past. In fact, even though we got "a better deal" at another location, we were willing to pay a few dollars more for our vehicle due to the professionalism demonstrated through the sales process and the respect that we have for the Audi Devon team. He was experienced and had such a wealth of knowledge about Audi vehicles; most knowledgeable we've encountered. Most sales people want to find the vehicle of your preference and have you sign on the dotted line. Tom wasn't like that, he walked us through, step by step, the Q5, so that: we understood the vehicle and what it could do for us. Audi Devon was the best environment for car buying. And, Tom Himsworth is the best sales person, one that Audi can be proud of. More
Didn't fix the issue I brought my new Q5 in for service after only owning it for a few days to fix a rattle in the back seat. They claimed to have fixed the issue - but it returned after only a day or two. I'm a busy executive with little time to be dropping my car of for service after only have it for a few weeks. I haven't had time to arrange to have this looked at AGAIN. Very frustrating More
