Karl located exactly what I wanted and arranged a dealer swap. He gave me a fair price as well. I did have to pay for flatbed delivery, but the deal I received made it worthwhile. Also, Karl showed me how to use the Q5's major features, and there are many, and he addressed my questions and concerns without hesitation even days after I made my purchase.
