Didn’t get any explanation as to what was done to my car besides that it was a 40,000 mile check up. But it would’ve been nice to know what was done in that 40,000 mile check up. They reset my service reminder at no cost which was great, but they did not shut the hood all the way to make contact with the sensor, alarm would go off ever time I locked the door. I called three times to ask service department what to do. And was told I would get a call back ( still waiting ) I ended up calling two other dealerships both of which I got ahold of a service advisor who walked me through steps to try and fix the issue. Your dealership NEEDS to get the call center into the dealership I was there the day before looking to buy a new car but will no longer consider your location More

Went in for scheduled service. Got charged $170 for a cabin air filter, which is $11 online. Also got recommendation to replace the battery, for $750. They didn't advise anything about that, and I am not going back to that place. More
