The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Tim was very friendly. The only reason this is not a 5 star is I was charged $200 to look into an issue with the Audi Sense. Had I known it would be a charge for this, ( The only reason this is not a 5 star is I was charged $200 to look into an issue with the Audi Sense. Had I known it would be a charge for this, (especially $200) I would not have had them do it. All other charges were clearly communicated except for this one. I had mentioned this on previous visits and it was never corrected when the car was still under warranty. A bit frustrating since it’s now over $2000 if I choose to get it fixed. More

The car was scratched after service and Audi is claiming it didn’t happen there. The is no proof that the car arrived scratched and no help from audit.
