The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Spent 2. 5 hours waiting for two simple repairs. Then was told nothing was wrong with those items. I know a luxury car rear wiper blade should not flail off o 5 hours waiting for two simple repairs. Then was told nothing was wrong with those items. I know a luxury car rear wiper blade should not flail off of the car, so there was definitely something wrong. After 2 hrs waiting, I spoke with the service manager who then replaced it. Ultimately, I got a free oil change because the girl I spoke with forgot to take it off my service requests. And I found out that apparently Audi cars have non-working heated steering wheels. Never gets warm and they say there is nothing wrong with it and that they are just like that. So glad I paid for the luxury package that includes a non-working heated steering wheel. More
