Terrible, arrogant, rude, and zero accountability from their general sales manager (Dan Jigalov) and customer service experience. When the head of a business has no desire to provide courtesy or customer their general sales manager (Dan Jigalov) and customer service experience. When the head of a business has no desire to provide courtesy or customer acknowledgement, that dictates what you can expect as a car buying experience. That holds true for this dealership. We were in the process of purchasing a car from this facility today but decided to not give them our business. We visited the facility twice (one for a test drive and one to make the final purchase) and in front of us, all other customers were greeted and asked for what they needed while we sat there ignored multiple times. Dan Jigalov walked by us the 2nd time we visited and continued to ignore us while he greeted another customer. Another Sales rep did the same exact thing. This was troublesome so I asserted myself and when I asked Dan on why he ignored us as he chose to help other customers he said he did nothing wrong and condescendingly asked "why would we acknowledge you..what do you expect, do you want us to roll a red carpet for you?". When I explained to him that his actions were disappointing to a customer and that he is wrong with his approach and then further asked him to apologize, Dan Jigalov refused arrogantly and asked us to take our business elsewhere. He then hid in a conference room and pretended to have a meeting. Even after his Sales Rep Amanda Filios tried to make it right and asked Dan to undo what he did and asked him to apologize, he continued to refuse. This shows how our business didn't matter to this General Sales Manager. He should be fired and not ever face customers again. I've purchased multiple cars in the past and a week ago we even just purchased an A5 from Audi Naperville and we were treated by Joe Silverman, Dan Loose, Dan Sperro, and Tiffany with decency, respect, common courtesy, enthusiasm, and fairness. We were not ignored. We were asked how our car needs can be met and they delivered. We were helped with great genuine customer care. A night and day experience in comparison to Audi Hoffman Estates where we were belittled, mocked, insulted, and treated like a peasant by their very own Head of Sales. Do yourself a favor, for a great and pleasant car buying experience, avoid Audi Hoffman Estates. They treat Asians and selected customers differently. Car buying, esp. from Audi, should be a positive and feel good experience as the Audi product line represents good quality. Why would they allow a misogynistic xxxxx like Dan Jigalov to represent their brand? The quality of his service does not match the quality of Audi products. Up to this time no efforts have been done by this manager to make it right. What a disappointing and scarring experience. More
Great experience since We walked in the door. Our salesperson was Carlo Gilli which we immediately felt comfortable speaking to him. We ended up purchasing a Q5, and I can say with certainty that Our salesperson was Carlo Gilli which we immediately felt comfortable speaking to him. We ended up purchasing a Q5, and I can say with certainty that this was our best purchasing experience. There wasn’t any high pressure sales at any point. It was a pretty straight forward transaction and an overall great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially our salesperson Carlo Gilli. 5 star service! More
