The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Iman had fantastic customer service and a lot of product and industry knowledge. I would work with him again. The dealership was super clean and they even had the most well behaved puppy that was walking ar and industry knowledge. I would work with him again. The dealership was super clean and they even had the most well behaved puppy that was walking around. The only thing that was somewhat off putting was the finance manager Eddie. He made me feel like he didn’t want to deal with me because I didn’t want to purchase a warranty and even tried telling me the approval my girlfriend got wasn’t good unless a warranty was purchased. Then he even threw us out of his office so he could take the next customers in line, making us wait a little over two hours until we could get back in his office. Such a shame that great sales men and women are losing hard earned money because of Eddie’s lack of respect. More

Our experience with Carlo was awesome! He has a lot of patience and not “pushy” at all. Eg, he wanted us to buy some additional stuff for the car, we said no and that was it! Every person we interacted with at the dealership were very polite, even the GM’s dog stopped by to say “what’s up” ….🤣 We bought a 2018 Q5 from him a couple hours ago, got home decided to check the spare tire and tools and noticed the canister for inflating the spare tire was not in there. I know…. I should’ve checked before hand right? But nonetheless I called him to inform him about it and he said not to worry …..”just give me sometime and I’ll get one for you” he said! I know if it were some other dealership they would’ve given me the runaround. I’ll drop an update when the canister arrives! I will highly recommend Carlo for your next purchase especially if you send your wife by herself to go see the car first before you. I don’t know what he said to her but the moment she left the dealership her mind was made up and trust me my wife hates car shopping. Well, she’s happy so that’s all that matters!! Rick Kelstrom is the guy here, he’s not just the best at Audi he’s the best in general, you won’t meet a more helpful and genuine guy no matter what dealer ship you go to.
