I was greeted at the entrance, immediately met with service advisor Rick Kelstrom, went over the service to be done. I waited for my car in the waiting room which was clean and safe/sanitized. Good experience. Only negative is had to wait. Long time to sigh in the finance office. Also I was told they fill the gas tank and that was not done. So waited almost 2 hours and then had to stop for gas be to sigh in the finance office. Also I was told they fill the gas tank and that was not done.
