Mr. Frank provided my wife and myself with absolutely great service. Our 2004 Audi A4 Avant 3.0 incurred a engine cooling system failure; the repair was very difficult. It took 10 days to get all the needed parts, install them and test the car. Mr. Frank continued to daily inform us in detail about the progress in repairing the car. This boilerplate apology would be funny if this situation weren't so patently ridiculous and unfair. I was lied to (perhaps unintentionally but even after I pointed out Audi Marin's mistake the person responsible who had ghosted me previously still maintained radio silence), bounced from person to person, and ultimately am getting the refund I requested. However, due to all these delays which are SOLELY the fault of Audi Marin, I am left to pay the interest incurred. I've asked 3x how long it will take to refund the money and still no response. I've never seen such unprofessional conduct at a dealership. BUYER BEWARE! At this point I'd lower my rating to 1 star .
