My experience was horrible and chaotic. I inquired about an e-tronca their response was immediate. I emailed for an update, still no response. According to their website, the car I wanted to purchase has since been sold. I’m still without a new car. More

I provided my credit card info for a $2,500 deposit to hold a vehicle for 72 hours. Next day, the sales rep calls and says the manager doesn't think I'm going to buy the car and didn't run my card. Instea hold a vehicle for 72 hours. Next day, the sales rep calls and says the manager doesn't think I'm going to buy the car and didn't run my card. Instead they preferred I buy it that day. What happened to holding it for 72 hours? I find out that Michael Zheng was the one that refused to run the card. Just bad business ethics when buying a 6 figure car. They sold it to someone else a day later. Go somewhere else if you're looking for honest dealings. More
