Fantastic experience! Hayley saved the day! My family and I have purchased BMW's from another luxury brand dealership for the past 30 years. When the lease to my BMW X3 was Hayley saved the day! My family and I have purchased BMW's from another luxury brand dealership for the past 30 years. When the lease to my BMW X3 was ending, out of loyalty, I returned to the same dealer assuming I would buy my next car there. I was extremely disappointed and shocked at the poor customer service at that dealership. The finance rep was also very condescending towards me as a "female driver" and he was not helpful at all. Fortunately I know Benny Milton (an Audi exec), and when I told him of my dismay, he suggested that I consider Audi. Benny introduced me to Jim Gordon and Hayley Gillen. Jim and Hayley were amazing. Jim researched cars in my price range and then he let Hayley take the reigns. She was so great! Like a breath of fresh air my entire buying experience was absolutely perfect. Hayley was patient with me when I was undecided. Her approach and style was never hard sell. She guided me with the expertise and extensive knowledge about Audi's that is typically seen in sales reps who have worked in the industry for a long time. When I asked Hayley how long she had been selling cars at Audi I could not believe she was relatively new to the biz. She knew every nuance of each and every car that I inquired about. To be extra sure about my decision, I left and test drove BMW's at a dealer nearby. Hayley did not push me, and she remained polite every second of the way. Test driving BMW's helped me realize that I really wanted an Audi A3 instead, and I only wanted to purchase it from Hayley. When I returned to Silver Spring Audi to purchase the car, I specifically requested Hayley Gillen by name. She spent a lot of time with me to make sure the process was practically effortless. We literally closed the dealership that night. While I signed the contract, unbeknownst to me, Hayley voluntarily unloaded my belongings from my previous BMW, and she put them in my new Audi A3. After I left she even contacted me to make sure everything was going fine with my car. I couldn't be happier with my new A3. And whenever I buy my next Audi I will ask for Hayley Gillen again. Everything happens for a reason I was in the market for a new car after I had totaled my old one. I needed a car quick, and something that was reliable, safe, low mileage, and good on gas... the tough part? I needed to find it in 2 days. I went into Audi with previous knowledge from my brother, James, who had done research on an Outlander sport, so I was hoping this car would be everything I needed in such a short time period. It turned out to be better than I invisioned, and once the decision was made, I received very speedy service from Hayley, who made the process easy and very straight forward. She was extremely knowledgeable on the entire process and did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable during the little bit of time we did have to wait. She was always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and ensure that I was happy throughout the entire process. For example, when I asked for an itemized out the door price, she provided it to me promptly and it was presented in a clear, easy to understand format. When I asked another dealer for the same info, they took days to respond and actually never gave me the info — only a window sticker. Before I drove the vehicle off the lot, Hayley took time to acquaint me with the primary features of the car, instead of handing me the keys and saying “bye!” The car has a lot of technology and it can be daunting to figure it all out. I truly felt like a valued customer and not just another number. I was offered coffee, water and snacks and relaxed in the comfortable lounge while my credit was being run. I also received a nice “goody bag” with Audi keychains and an elegant ballpoint pen. Sam, in finance, was also very professional and did not force me to buy any unnecessary add-ons. I liked the survey that I took via the iPad Pro which informed me which things, such as Audi Care, were recommended and how much it would cost per month, if rolled into my loan. At one point I was unsure of the numbers on the paperwork and Sam did not rush me. He allowed me to use my calculator to double check the numbers before signing anything. This was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely buy from this dealership again in the future. More
