This was the best service visit I have ever had, and it was unplanned. During a road trip, my car’s TPMS gave a warning, and we found the nearest dealership. Cragg greeted me at the service desk and simply asked for the key and investigated the problem. After a tour of the waiting area and a full explanation of the issue and tutorial on the Audi TPMS, he had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes during a busy weekday lunch hour. Cragg was kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fit us in and help us get back on the road safely. Five stars is too few. More
