I had the car for 4 days and I took it to get looked at and it had bad brakes, oil change wasn't done like they said they did. Car had 6 different lug nuts and they was swollen and could not come off becau and it had bad brakes, oil change wasn't done like they said they did. Car had 6 different lug nuts and they was swollen and could not come off because they gave me the wrong lug nuts key. I was told the car was serviced and it was not serviced. The brake fluid was pitch black like it was never changed, brake pads was rusty. Car was missing washer fluid cap and washer fluid tank had a leak. If you get a car from here just check it all the way or bring someone with you so they can check. More

I did not expect to buy a car at the first place that I went to. My goal was to go and drive three different cars I had in mind. The only reason I went to your facility was to drive a vehicle. But from the very beginning, I spoke to Ben who arranged a sales person to meet with me and to help me with any selections or questions that I had. Upon arriving at the dealership, I seen two men standing outside and a few minutes later I learned that was Ben and Felipe. I was welcomed inside and from the very beginning, both of these gentlemen or very easy-going, laid-back, and very accommodating to my request. I just drove three vehicles within 30 minutes of being at the dealership. I asked Felipe several questions and he was able to answer every single one of them. I called a friend of mine who is more knowledgeable about the details of the car than I was, and I put him on speaker with Felipe and every question that my friend ask, Felipe was able to answer. I had only set out a maximum of two hours to be at the dealership so I had to leave for an appointment that I had. I returned to the dealership as promised, all of my paperwork was waiting for me. Felipe and Ben were standing outside, waiting for me and welcomed me in for a second time. I met with the finance person and this entire transaction of purchasing a vehicle was seamless. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. After this experience, I would certainly return. There are no frills, no surprises, no free food for you to snack on no lounge area for you to relax in, but it was a very comfortable quiet, quiet simple environment, where you came in got down to business and at the end of the day, if your vehicle that you were looking for was on that lot, you were gonna drive at home. My sincerest appreciation goes out to all the members who came together and made a dream of ours come true. More
