We are originally from Ocala and we were visiting. Been looking for a truck and we were out on State road 200 and turned into AutoMax. Look at a couple of Toyota trucks, Fell in love with the 2023 4x4. Elijah met us when we looked at the second truck. Gladly offered to get the keys to look inside. We had somewhere to be in a couple hours and Elijah the great salesman said he would get everything in the works and he truly did. Met us the next morning had everything ready and it was smooth sailing after that. Elijah very courteous and worked with us in any way we wanted. In Finance Annette was wonderful and friendly, very helpful and made everything smooth and quick! More

Matt the Sales Manager came together and put together the deal HASSLE FREE and absolutely zero nonsense, he supported his staff well during the process and managed the deal to success. Lastly, Lorie the Finance Manager absolutely KNOCKED THIS ONE OUT OF THE PARK. In the automotive industry it is incredibly rare to ever find an honest and VERY TRUSTWORTHY individual and even more rare in the finance position. Lorie put this deal together after others had given up after simply taking a minute and listened to us -the customers- and our needs. She was incredibly thorough, diligent, and overly qualified for her tasks and responsibilities. If ANYONE needs a car - GO SEE THESE PEOPLE!!!! 10/10 Recommend! More
