Felipe Calcano was amazing! He welcomed us as soon as we arrived. Introduced himself, and asked if we were looking for anything in particular, stated he would be available if we had any questions. My experience with Ben, my salesman, was phenomenal. Couldn't ask for better service, He was awesome. My only complaint is check engine light came on 30 minutes after I left the lot. We found the listing online and came to Automax as streamlined as we could. First, they wouldn't accept our bank loan for some unknown previous reason. The car had multiple things that weren't cleaned streamlined as we could. First, they wouldn't accept our bank loan for some unknown previous reason. The car had multiple things that weren't cleaned and since of the armrests were damaged. They wouldn't budge on price despite the damage and nearly $5k over the listed price on random fees. Finally the finance department did their checks for financing the vehicle and it showed up as two separate hard credit checks. More
