Service was completed timely. I waited in the customer seating area which is set up so can do work. When the guest Wi-Fi would not work, I was given another network to connect. Steve Zitko (sales) was very helpful and provided objective, no pressure advice that helped us decide to buy a certified Z4 instead of the new vehicle we had been interested in... great car! Heather objective, no pressure advice that helped us decide to buy a certified Z4 instead of the new vehicle we had been interested in... great car! Heather (finance) efficiently handled the business side (even collecting the taxes and handling licensing!) and Larry (BMW genius) made sure we knew all the tricks before we drove away. We have bought from MANY dealerships over 25+ years and this was right at the top of the list in terms of the overall experience. We wouldn't hesitate to do it again. More
