Passive Aggressive + Glorified Trailer Car Lot All was well until we realized we missed dealing with some cosmetic details we wanted to address. Don't expect anything above or beyond the bare minimum (or, in some areas for them to even rise to the minimum). When they're done negotiating with you, they'll let you know. Expect them to get mouthy, pissy and behave as though they are doing you BIG favors by a) "losing money" on the deal; b) wasting their time dealing with you; and c) treating you as if expecting them to behave as though you're spending "real money" is audacious. And, we'd like to know why the BMW branded front plate they installed looked like it had been pulled from a wrecked car. Marred, scratched, and dented. Really? The window tinting promised (part of the "deal" that cost them "real money") did not meet our expectations at all--the same window tinting job they threatened to keep our $500 deposit for if we didn't agree to take the car. By the time we left (after traveling 250 miles to get there TWICE), we were both so angry with the staff (with the EXCEPTION of Mr. Chris Buie), that we were sorry we spent a dime with this dealership. We're now the owners of an expensive car that to bring to standard, will cost us another $1,000. Bottom line, these guys were half-jingling jerks. Good riddance. As for Mr. Chris Buie (a member of the service department who teaches about the car's bells and whistles), I simply can't say enough about his courteousness, professionalism, patience, and expertise. The rest of the staff would do well to ask him to teach them how to treat people who make their salaries possible. More
Steve Emerson is outstanding to work with as is going there. I just purchased my X5. Working with Steve Emerson was a breath of fresh air since I am not used to doing the fiancé paperwork and in the pass I alwa I just purchased my X5. We purchased our first BMW with Steve a few years back and now back with the pleasure of driving a new X5. Steve went above what is expected when doing a car loan or any loan. Steve has made this purchase enjoyable and highly recommend him when buying your BMW from Autohaus, Autohaus BMW is far above the other BMW dealerships in so many ways and most is your not judge by what your driving or wearing when looking at the car to purchase unlike another dealership. I knew what I wanted before going in and now have it. More

An example of her great attention was regarding a bad power steering pump in my BMW that had just gone off warranty. The Worst BMW Service Experience EVER!!! I have owned over a dozen new and preowned BMW's over the past 30 years. I have taken the vehicles to many different BMW Factory service centers all o I have owned over a dozen new and preowned BMW's over the past 30 years. I have taken the vehicles to many different BMW Factory service centers all over Missouri and Rhode Island. I have never felt so disgusted with the knowledge or lack thereof, from the service advisors to the service manager at Autohaus. They actually argued with me over what was a factory component, saying it was aftermarket. They lied about shorting out my electronics after doing an airbag recall. When I brought it to Plaza Motors they not only told me that the recall was the cause of the short but it was something that they should have fixed and not charged me close to $1000 for. KEEP AWAY FROM AUTOHAUS!! More
