Fraud and very dishonest I bought a 2014 BMW with Cream interior. I had the car looked over before purchase. The dealer dyed the seats and the entire interior of the car (ev I bought a 2014 BMW with Cream interior. I had the car looked over before purchase. The dealer dyed the seats and the entire interior of the car (even the carpet). They had it professionally done. They did such a good job in hiding the stains, I didn't realize the car interior was ruined. Once the dye wore off, you can see that the seats had blue jeans stains from top and bottom of the seats. Dash board started pealing. The car was CPO. This car should have never been sold as a CPO. BMW would not do anything. They said they would fix the problem and I brought them the price to replace the seats. They refuse to pay, said we would unless give you $500. Knowing the seats cost 3000 a piece. They should've taken the car back because they know I would have never paid 33000 for a car with seats and interior looking like this. I suggest going to another BMW if you want fair business. I give them a F for the way they handled this situation. The GM was just as bad as the sales manager. More

Jens Petermann was our client advisor and was exceptional. Professional, engaging, attentive and respectful. Jens was very knowledgeable about the product and able to answer all our questions. Jens knew we were looking at another manufacturer/dealer and his follow-ups were appropriate without being over-bearing. Jens worked hard to make a deal that worked for both of us and made sure the purchase and delivery went smoothly. Vincent Sweeny was the F&I person we dealt with at Autohaus and again, the professionalism was exceptional. We’ll soon be in the marked for a second car and I look forward to giving Jens and Autohaus a chance to sell me another car. This was a five star experience. More

Excellent Service! I went in to get a piece of trim fixed on my car today and Linda Schaefer is who I always deal with at Autohaus BMW service.
