Autohaus BMW thanks you for once again giving us a chance to show how we continue to strive for the highest customer satisfaction in our BMW products and service even one year after purchase. Mr. Jordan (Polo1971) purchased the vehicle in 7/17. We are currently offering and have offered in the past to make any repairs that needed to be made. We follow BMW CPO guidelines and BMW warranty guidelines on how we repair customer's concerns. The recommended repair doesn't require seat replacement at this time. Since the vehicle is out of state, we have offered to reimburse the customer for the repair. The customer has only given us an estimate for the replacement of the seats. We have had input from the customer's local BMW dealer and BMW N.A. on the recommended repair and feel that what we are offering is the best solution. Because the customer has not given us an estimate for the seats to be dyed, we have offered $500 which would more than cover his cost. If the vehicle seats were dyed and the problem reoccurred, the vendor and his local BMW dealer would then contact BMW, NA and see what the next step would be.
