Great Customer Support with Greg Issitt I recently went into the BMW Autohaus store to replace my wiper blades for my 2011 5 series. Long story made short the process to replace seemed to be I recently went into the BMW Autohaus store to replace my wiper blades for my 2011 5 series. Long story made short the process to replace seemed to be easy from the owners manual and from the BMW corporate site. I even went onto YouTube to get my blades into the vertical position to replace but I just could not get the car to cooperate. Very frustrating. I drove in during my lunch hour and asked Greg for advice. He could have easily not gone the extra yard to help but instead he did! He not only diagnosed and investigated the problem, he actually helped me replace the inserts right at his desk. He was the total professional, never got frustrated with me or upset and made me feel appreciated as a BMW costumer. Yes something small things can go a long way.
