I met with Mr. Chris Buie, a BMW Genius, today for that review of the technology. Mr. Buie was professional, patient (I am not much into technology) and friendly. I had a list of questions about the technology, which he answered completely and succinctly, and the he walked through some other parts of the available technology on the car. I left with a much better understanding of the technology and and awareness of when I might want to use the various types of technology. In short, I left the meeting with Mr. Buie much better prepared to fully and safely enjoy my new BMW. More

Best Service experience i ever had Had to have some warranty work performed and I mentioned that there was a small tear starting on my driver seat. Pick up the car the next day and not only is the car very clean, the new seat cover is beautiful.
