When I decided to replace that car, I was going to look outside BMW. After meeting with John Williams and Karen Lowery, I have just purchased my second diesel BMW X5 solely because of their consideration and attitude. John and Karen were determined to stand behind BMW and Autohaus and worked with me to restore my confidence in BMW. Rick Riccio was clear and helpful in explaining warranty and financing options.
