Great service, quick turnaround I thoroughly appreciate that BMW leases include all service for normal driving and warranty bumper to bumper but the service team at Autohaus, in part I thoroughly appreciate that BMW leases include all service for normal driving and warranty bumper to bumper but the service team at Autohaus, in particular Chris Clem who I ask for when I need service, is exceptional at what they do. They are polite and always try to accommodate the scheduling needs I have. They also put you in a loaner car that is in great condition and good working order whenever a longer service appointment is needed. I have had experiences with other BMW dealerships in St. Louis and none compare to the straightforward approach and service experience Autohaus offers. I purchase from there, in part, because of this consistency. More

BMW 328xi - What a Day! Hands down, Autohaus is the only place you should be buying a BMW at. Quick note: The biggest problem I have with car shopping as a young professional is going to a dealership and not being taken seriously. I went to Autohaus with two goals in mind: Look at a perfectly priced CPO 328xi, and to browse other options. Jeremy at Autohaus made sure I felt welcome, appreciated and aware of my options. One thing led to another and all of a sudden I was buying an amazing vehicle and within my price range. Jeremy in Sales, Eric in Finance and Wendy in Service all have outperformed my expectations. The fact that I didn't even bring up performing a full detail of the car and/or fixing a few small scratches in the paint, but they said they wanted it to be perfect, and that's the type of service I appreciate and love. I'm only two days into this car, but I have to say that I think I'm an Autohaus BMW customer for life. By far, the service we have received from her and this dealership is ALWAYS 5 Star quality!! Sure, we've had a few issues with the car but we also have an extended warranty and she has been able to get the work covered, every time! Great communication during the service period and I find myself smiling after every call. I own several other makes and have yet to experience the service levels I get from this dealership on a consistent basis. The work has always been done as promised and without need for return visits. If you need the services of a very qualified shop and want to experience the same level of perfection that BMW delivers, please ask for Linda - the Ultimate Service Advisor. More
