I just wanted to share a quick note about my first visit to Autohaus BMW—it definitely won't be my last! After an unfortunate incident with a Starbucks Refresher that meant the electrical in my center conso to Autohaus BMW—it definitely won't be my last! After an unfortunate incident with a Starbucks Refresher that meant the electrical in my center console needed to be replaced, Cassie, my service advisor, was incredibly prompt and had my car diagnosed within a few hours. Andrew K. diagnosed the problem and even sent a video letting me know what was going on, which I really appreciated. While we had to wait a few weeks for the part to arrive, Cassie kept me informed the entire time, and my car was done right on schedule. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained, and my car came back looking great.
