As someone who grew up in Clayton and whose father owned the pharmacy a block from their original Clayton location in the 1970s, it's impressive to see how AutoHaus has grown and flourished all these years later. Cassie is a true credit to this wonderful, family-owned, independent (i.,e., not part of a corporate-owned dealership group) German dealership. The loaner car was greatly appreciated as well, and not offered by any MB dealership at which I've ever had any of my MBs serviced. More

I just wanted to share a quick note about my first visit to Autohaus BMW—it definitely won't be my last! After an unfortunate incident with a Starbucks Refresher that meant the electrical in my center console needed to be replaced, Cassie, my service advisor, was incredibly prompt and had my car diagnosed within a few hours. Andrew K. diagnosed the problem and even sent a video letting me know what was going on, which I really appreciated. While we had to wait a few weeks for the part to arrive, Cassie kept me informed the entire time, and my car was done right on schedule. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained, and my car came back looking great. Thank you all so much for the wonderful service, and a huge thank you to Cassie and Andrew for taking such great care of Zelda (Z4)! More
