I am astounded at the Customer Service offered by Autohaus BMW!!! It is SO hard to find these days!!!! To start . . . . . . I own a Maserati Gran Turismo I have not driven in months because I LOVE dr Autohaus BMW!!! It is SO hard to find these days!!!! To start . . . . . . I own a Maserati Gran Turismo I have not driven in months because I LOVE driving my BMW X5 SO very much!!!!!! I just had the 1 year maintenance done efficiently and returned on the day promised!!!! They even gave me a rental because of my late night schedule!!!! I dropped my car off and a rental was quickly & smoothly given to me. I drove off without a hitch!!! When my car was ready, I received a video of what was done with my car!!!!! I drive up, was met by an associate to let me know what to do & where yo go. The cashier came to me to sign my 0 dollar maintenance bill!!!! My car was delivered to the door & keys put into my hands. Everyone was very attentive & all went very smoothly!!!!!!!!! You are a CUT ABOVE !!!!! I believe I am a loyal customer for life!!!!!!! Why go anywhere else & why buy anything other than a BMW???!!!!! I am SO THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED!!!!!!! I took my car in for service. I love the video they provide telling you what they are doing with your car. Great people to work with! Vehicle purchase was easy, never felt pressured. Was notified of a recall, which was easy to schedule and took about an hour.
