Great service as always! My X2 had developed a brake issue causing vibration when slowing down. I was getting ready to leave on a trip but wanted to get it checked out. Linda managed to work me in eve issue causing vibration when slowing down. I was getting ready to leave on a trip but wanted to get it checked out. Linda managed to work me in even though the shop was busy. Andy, shop foremen, drove the car with me to make sure he understood the problem and he got it repaired in time for me to take it on my trip!! Thanks everyone! More

Autohaus is a wonderful place. People are very nice. Mr. Clem my service advisor had specials on 3 of the 4 services I needed done. I took my car in for an inspection. They sent a report on what they found via text, and while they found a few things that needed to be checked. No one spoke to me about those concerns although the report wa what they found via text, and while they found a few things that needed to be checked. No one spoke to me about those concerns although the report was marked “customer refused service”!or some such thing. After three hours, I asked twice about the whereabouts of my car, and when I asked the third time, they admitted it had been done for some time, but they didn’t realize they had the keys up front. I won’t go back. More
