Second time at dealership 1st time great deal great experience. This time felt we were rushed through the inspection of the car and it was sold to us hoping we wouldn't notice any issues . Poor communication and lack of attention to customer satisfaction. Vehicle was not properly cleaned after windshield installation. What should have been a quick tire replacement ended up being an almost 3 hour wait! Brought my car in after waiting 3 hours for Mercedes Roadside assistance to tow my car to Autohaus. Upon arrival, I was instructed to wait in the waiting room. I waited for over 1.5 hours without any update. Then, I was told it would take 45 minutes for the service to be completed. That ended up taking another hour and 20 mins! More
