LACK OF FOLLOW UP AT SERVICE DEPARTMENT WOULD NOT RETURN CAL THE WORSE PHONE SYSTEM, SERVICE WOULD NOT CALL BACK FOR APPOINTMENT. CALLED THREE TIMES TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE CALLED. I HAD TO CALL MY THE WORSE PHONE SYSTEM, SERVICE WOULD NOT CALL BACK FOR APPOINTMENT. CALLED THREE TIMES TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE CALLED. I HAD TO CALL MY SALES MAN KEVIN JAMES AND TOLD KEVIN THAT I WAS BRINGING MY CAR IN ONLY 600 MILES ON NEW CAR. ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON. ONCE I DROPED OFF CAR, SERVICE WOULD NOT LET ME KNOW WHEN THE CAR WAS READY. I DROPPED OFF IN AM AND CAR WAS AT DEALERSHIP OVER NIGHT. SERVICE REP WOULD NOT RETURN A CALL. I HAD TO CONTACT KEVIN JAMES AND AKSED HIM IF MY CAR WAS READY. I AM THINKING OF USING ANOTHER DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. KEVIN JAMES IS A TERRIFIC SALES PERSON AND I LIKE HIM AS A PERSON WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON THAT I BOUGHT MY THIRD CAR AT THE DEALERSHIP. I REFFERED MANY PEOPLE TO KEVIN AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO BUT WILL LET THE PEOPLE I REFER TO THE DEALERSHIP TO USE ANOTHER DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. Ryan went above and beyond with handling my vehicle I came in for an oil change. I had 2 free services included with my package. Ryan dug deeper into my vehicle history and advised that the spark plugs I came in for an oil change. I had 2 free services included with my package. Ryan dug deeper into my vehicle history and advised that the spark plugs would need to be changed and that it was included in my service A package. I agreed to it and he then proceeded to get me a ride with lyft back to my house over in rolling meadows, he also arranged for them to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. I was just shocked that even though this service was for free Ryan did his due diligence and dug deeper into the vehicle history. More

transmission regular service We brought our ML350 in for the transmission service. On the screens in the service center it says the service starts at approximately $381 . When we went to pick the vehicle up the charges totaled over $700, and were reduced after our displeasure of the costs. The service center representative said my wife was told the cost when she dropped the vehicle off, yet my wife did not remember being told the cost. In the future, we will ask for the cost of all services to be performed , when we drop off the vehicle. Also, why put the starting at cost of services when they can be double what it displayed for certain vehicles. More
