He doesn't try to oversell us on services we don't need and finds ways to save us money time and again. His knowledge is the best I've seen (we've owned a number of other German brands over the years, so I have a basis upon which to compare). I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his Autohaus team as I have done with a close friend and a co-worker just within the past year. He just does it right, quickly and fairly. The fact that he's an extremely nice guy doesn't hurt. More
