Boggles the mind that the person doing the service overfilled my oil during the service. Was on a 170 mile trip and a warning light came on to get oil taken out due to the overfill. Ryan did make arrangements for me to have an oil change done at the Madison Mercedes dealership the next day, to get my issue resolved. Had to make a separate trip to get it taken care of as they were concerned of me continuing to drive the car with the overfill situation. A waste of my time!! The attention to detail with the service is what I issues with. Another example, I have black wheels, and on 2 separate occasions when they were doing a wheel balancing, they used white wheel weights, instead of the black ones...which meant another trip to the dealer for me. Lastly, it seems that when I do have to have service done the car is in for a week. The good news is that I do get loaner, but why does everything take so long. Ryan is great and this issues do not reflect the quality of his work, its the actual servicing of the car that is the issue. More

I had already ordered my vehicle several months prior after purchasing another car from Autohaus last year, so I came in thinking this would be a simple “grab the keys and escape before anyone says exten after purchasing another car from Autohaus last year, so I came in thinking this would be a simple “grab the keys and escape before anyone says extended warranty” kind of visit. Instead, the dealership somehow turned pickup day into a genuinely fun experience. From the moment, they so kindly picked me up at the train station, everyone was incredibly welcoming and oddly enthusiastic — like I was the star of a low-budget reality show called Extreme Vehicle Pickup. The staff was friendly, organized, and refreshingly honest. Nobody tried any last-minute sales tricks, nobody vanished mysteriously “to check with the manager,” and nobody offered me protection packages with the intensity of a medieval tax collector. The whole process was smooth, quick, and painless. Honestly, I’ve waited longer for mozzarella sticks at a sports bar than I spent finishing paperwork here. When they revealed the car, it was spotless and polished I was afraid to breathe near it. I briefly considered removing my shoes before getting inside. Rob, my salesman, walked me through everything clearly and answered every question without making me feel like I needed an engineering degree to understand my own dashboard. What impressed me most was how relaxed the atmosphere was. Buying a car usually feels like entering a gladiator arena armed only with a credit score and blind optimism. This was the complete opposite. It felt more like friends handing me the keys to a spaceship and saying, “Go have fun.” Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. I drove away thrilled with the vehicle, impressed by the service, and mildly disappointed that all future dealership experiences now have impossible standards to live up to. More
