Usually service is wonderful but this time, the service agent took a long time to respond to my request, was not available when I finally got through and then made me uncomfortable with how long I needed a agent took a long time to respond to my request, was not available when I finally got through and then made me uncomfortable with how long I needed a loaner that the other agent agreed to. It made it awkward. Additionally, dropping the car off and picking up the loaner took 30 minutes. More

Try to diagnose my car after all lights went out on my driving screen. Supposedly have to wait 2 days to di that.I though appointment makes it to not to wait 2 days for repairs .I am very disappointed the driving screen.
