To be clear, everyone was pleasant. The issue was communication. There was an assumption made that we were there for a scheduled service... so when the representative asked my wif The issue was communication. There was an assumption made that we were there for a scheduled service... so when the representative asked my wife if we were there "to get teh vehicle serviced" she responded yes.......... But the service we needed was just getting a tire looked at as it has a bolt/nail stuck in it and wouldn't hold air. Frustrating as this made the process take about 3 hours... as opposed to what I would think would have been a 30-60 minute circumstance. I just think if there was more specifictiy around the question - and perhaps our response - this could have been alleviated. We know it was not intentional. More
