Terrible experience with my car service over there. First, they said I'd need to pay over 5K just to make sure I could drive my car with confidence. I refused since I was thinking to replace the car in the nearest future anyway. Then they said paying just $600 for some must-have services would do it. OK, I agreed - took a loaner car and drove from Northbrook to Buffalo Grove where I live, and back to pick up my car. It was 31 miles total altogether. I even filled the tank on my way back to ensure I returned the loaner with the same gasoline level. The next day, they charged my card $13 more as I'd driven 71 miles. When I called back and tried to get some details on why they charged me for the miles I never went, they didn't explain anything to me saying this is what their car tracking system's shown. So, based on my experience they would do anything possible to make you pay for the services you'd not need and for the miles you've never driven. Stay away from this dealership! More
Smooth process to get my car in for immediate suspension repair. I was able to bring it in after work and be on my way with the loaner vehicle. Everyone was courteous and kind.
