My experience with this service group has always been good however I did have some problems getting calls returned from the service advisors. Since I've been working with Ken Dunaway my calls and questio good however I did have some problems getting calls returned from the service advisors. Since I've been working with Ken Dunaway my calls and questions are answered right away. Communication is great, appointment times are very prompt and turn around of my car has not caused any problem. They try very hard to provide a loaner appropriate to my needs. I live in Chicago but do business with Autohaus because they provide excellent customer care. Personally it's my experiance compared to my other luxury cars that my Mercedes is NOT as reliable and repairs are very costly. This group respects the amount you are spending and shows it. More
Checking in my vehicle for service was very speedy and they got me a loaner right away. When I came back to pick up my car it was also very fast and easy. I never write a negative review. But my terrible experience with this facility today changed my mind. I spent over $2800 on my car service at this facility just week ago. They gave m But my terrible experience with this facility today changed my mind. I spent over $2800 on my car service at this facility just week ago. They gave me a loaner which was nice. My car is a Mercedes SLK300. However, I found out they damaged my power button on passenger seat after they finished service and I drove my car back home because the passenger seat was moved. It was in front position before, but now it was all the way back. Obviously, during the car service, their people seated on my passenger seat and broken the power button. I went to their facility and showed them the damage today. But they didn’t admit their people damaged it. I requested them to look at their security camera and video so that they can see if their people damaged it or not. But they refused. In the end, they gave me a quote. They damaged my car but I have to pay for it. It is a joke! More
