The dealer did not have enough stock to replace my tires, even as the appointment to install them was made a week in advance, so it took two days to complete an estimated 3 hour appointment. Also, twice now they sent me out to to the lot retrieve my car and it was no where to be found, so I had to return to the desk and have them find it for me because it was in the back lot. Not cool, especially on a cold blustery afternoon. And, even though I requested that they glue on the name plate on the driver side, they failed to do so. More
