Customer service was terrible. Ordered three tires and made an appt. brought my car in and at least they gave me a loaner. Took a half day off of work. Was told it would take 2-3 hours. Finally after no c made an appt. brought my car in and at least they gave me a loaner. Took a half day off of work. Was told it would take 2-3 hours. Finally after no contact I called and they told me they only had 2 of the 3 tires and it would take another day only the next day I was going to Michigan for the weekend and thus cancelled my trip. I had perfect device when I had my bmw from another dealer!!! More
Okay i think service was backed up because of covid. We brought it in on Thursday 11/11 it was not finished until 11/17. Perhaps it was an over scheduling understaffing issue. The emergency brake handle was not properly attached i noticed as i was chiching it out and i needed to return to dealership. They took care of the problem while i waited. We were told on Thursday we would have back on Friday and I really was not updated on progress . Text when finished! That was a long time to not know the progress of my repair. Again it seemed under staffed. Different during covid! We have worked with Prem and he was not there sorry to say. Hope he will be returning. He was really great. More
Tom Lood in service was FANTASTIC. I am a longtime Mercedes Benz owner, my S-Class heat went out during the first snowfall of the season!! I was not in my home area and decided to visit the closest Mercedes Benz owner, my S-Class heat went out during the first snowfall of the season!! I was not in my home area and decided to visit the closest MB dealership for help, Tom immediately treated me as if I was their best customer, even though this was my first visit to this dealership. Tom set me up with a loaner vehicle and had my car fixed the following day!! Thank you Tom for providing outstanding service! More
