Duration Ken was my service manager. He is very nice, I like him and I hope I get him again. However, when I came in to the center with my car (a Tuesday), I Ken was my service manager. He is very nice, I like him and I hope I get him again. However, when I came in to the center with my car (a Tuesday), I had expected the car to be ready the same day. There was nothing wrong with the car, this was just a 12 month service check, but I did need some manufacturer's recall work done. Ken said the car would be ready the next day, Wednesday. I called on Wednesday morning, left a message and Ken called me back. He said that the car probably would not be ready on Wednesday but that he would call if it was ready. I called on Thursday morning, left a message and Ken called me back. He said that the car would probably not be ready on Thursday but that he would call back if it was ready. I called on Friday morning, left a message and Ken called me back. He said that the car would be ready in about an hour. So, the duration was from Tuesday at 8:30 am until Friday at 11 am. My guess is that the service center was overwhelmed with the # of cars in for the recall item and that the recall repair work for each car took longer than anticipated. Thank God I was given a loaner car; the car in the shop is my only car and with a disabled spouse having a car is a necessity. I will also say that the cost of the visit is almost prohibitively expensive; to pay over $1,200 when there is nothing wrong with the car, the car has less than 25,000 miles on it, with only about 1,500 miles in the past 12 months is prohibitive. I like having to bring the car in only once every 12 months, but given the cost of ordinary maintenance service where nothing is wrong, I will have a difficult time justifying the purchase of another Mercedes Benz. More

They are professional, friendly, and provide first class service. It is very easy and quick to bring my car in for service....from making the appointment to picking up the car when it is ready. They value m service. It is very easy and quick to bring my car in for service....from making the appointment to picking up the car when it is ready. They value my time. I also love that I get a free loaner for the day. It just takes the hassle out of having my car serviced. Friendliest staff. More
great service as usual I had two issues with my S-450 and drove in to see Ken Dunaway. My issues were resolved immediately by both Ken and Cindi Link. One of my MB cars was serviced by the Autohouse on Edens dealership. I am more than impressed with the service performance as well as "making it right the first time" Mr. Link Director of service is very fo dealership. I am more than impressed with the service performance as well as "making it right the first time" Mr. Link Director of service is very focused on customer satisfaction. Mr.Dunaway, executes all necessary up front work with surgical precision. Every member of my family has switched from other dealership to Autohouse on Edens, they all drive MB. Well I believe they do what other dealers say they do but they don't. Among other things my vehicle was stolen from inside the dealership, they offer me "trade in value", however the car was in for a service ! This of course has happened in the previous dealership, where I use to purchase and service my cars Dr. Richard Zic Ph.D More
