Why not call me prior to me coming out to drop off the loaner and pick up my car to tell me the car is not finished? I left work about 4:15 to be there at 5:30 per your request. Now I have to spend 2+ loaner and pick up my car to tell me the car is not finished? I left work about 4:15 to be there at 5:30 per your request. Now I have to spend 2+ hours of my time to go back out to dealership to pick up a gas cap. Plus now I have to pay for gas twice. Once to fill up the loaner and then now add gas to my car to pick up gas cap. Call before I come out next time. Why did you charge me before the work was completed. Cap was supposed to be in Friday and NO called. Better communication is needed. Thanks T More
