Not a good experience ! We went for first time to this dealer for a Mazda CX 5 , find one with a good price , the sales person offer us to take a test drive while they made We went for first time to this dealer for a Mazda CX 5 , find one with a good price , the sales person offer us to take a test drive while they made all number for financial loan . We love the car and when we come back to the dealer another sales person show the car to somebody else , but we still waiting for the final numbers . We start asking for another option to have a second pick but we have the approval , SURPRISE , our sales person told us that the car was sold the car for the other person who arrive to the dealer after us . NOT FAIR . Also when the sales person brought us the numbers for the second option, numbers were tricky and sales person couldn't explain the breakdown. I have to use my calculator to find out the total value of the car , my trade in value and interest of the loan . No manager even bothering to come and talk to us . Not a good practice . Understand sales person was doing only what the manager was telling to do. More

I don't ever recall having such a positive experience buying a car before. I will definitely come back for my next Mazda! They even replaced my tire at no charge a day later, because there was a nail in it. The service crew got me in and out under 45 minutes (including a car wash). Would recommend Anderson Motor Company to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

No one "pounced" on us when we were looking over what was to become my new car. Bob Langenberg welcomed us as if we were visiting his home, and provided very straightforward info without any pressure to close a deal. Bob was very well informed and knowledgeable about our new MX-5, and guided us through everything patiently and in an efficient manner. One of the porters, Kyle, even drove the car all the way to our house since I have yet to learn to drive stick ?? I am in love with my new Miata and had a great experience throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
