I don’t ever write reviews and this is actually my first. Just need to let the world know that Manjula Biju and Howard WU of BMW of Bridgewater made my whole car purchase seamless and pleasant. Manjula is the most patient and knowledgeable sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. She answered all my questions, followed up with several status updates on my car build and was able to expedite delivery of the vehicle well in advance of the promised delivery date. She has always greeted me with a warm smile and handshake before getting down to business. I appreciate that. She gets a 5 star rating and has made me a BMW of Bridgewater customer for life. I would also like to give Howard Wu a 5 star rating as well. He sat down with me and gave me the pros and cons of everything straight. No fliff and no fluff. He convinced me to purchase two additional plans that will benefit me as well as the vehicle which I appreciate. He made me feel like he really was concerned on how important these two plans were and not just peddling them to get money. He’s extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He’s definitely the right person for this area at BMW of Bridgewater. Very valuable to the dealership and the customer. I was lucky to have them both on my side. Fantastic experience all around. Manjula is EXCEPTIONAL - she was so patient with me and the entire process and got me into the exact car I was looking for. The entire team at BMW of Bridgewater is exceptional and very welcoming and everyone has positive energy. Manjula is definitely outstanding an exceptional, and went literally above and beyond for me. I am sure she gets to know her clients really well because that’s what she did for me and knew exactly what I wanted and what would make me happy. My car buying experience this month working with Rob was one of the best i’ve had.
