From walking in the door and being greeted, we were then given over to Victor Palumbo, who we had met over the phone prior. In no time Victor was listening to what we expected, and were looking for in a ne given over to Victor Palumbo, who we had met over the phone prior. In no time Victor was listening to what we expected, and were looking for in a new car. No talk of pricing, just need. Very refreshing. With that, of course, we had a thought of what we wanted being BMW owners for close to 10 years, Victor started showing us available x3's. No pressure.. had all the answers to our questions, and we were honest to say we had to think about it, and were to visit another dealer that morning. within 45 minutes we called Victor back to secure our choice. From start to picking up the car on Monday, all our needs were met. Further, Howard Wu, the warranty and finance person, was personable and very knowledgeable of all the warranties that BMW has to offer. Great team, and love my new preowned x3! More

I have been going to this dealership since last decade+ years for new car purchase or lease and followed with regular servicings, and was never disappointed of their a) hospitality, b) quality of service years for new car purchase or lease and followed with regular servicings, and was never disappointed of their a) hospitality, b) quality of service and c) friendliness of staff. A special mention to Manjula Biju who is exceptional in the whole sales process, cares and understands the customer priorities well.
