I have spoken to John about purchasing a BMW now for about a year or so. He finally found one that I did actually like. He is a great BMW Genius. He is great at what de does. I had reached out to Mark O last year for buying X3 PHEV and then I couldn't go thru it. He patiently waited for me to reconnect when I was ready and worked with me through entire process.
