Recently purchased a 2021 X545e (plug-in hybrid) from BMW of Bridgewater. Had a fantastic experience at the dealership, the whole team there is amazing & attentive, specially my sales associate, Savitri Pers of Bridgewater. Very calm, patient, knowledgeable and attentive. The whole sales experience was stress-free with no pressure whatsoever! Since my SUV was a special order and took about 4 weeks, I only dealt with Savitri during this whole process. She answered all my questions and absolutely no gimmicks. Overall had a great experience. Overall my experience at BMW of Bridgewater was fantastic. Savitri was extremely personal, and made me feel comfortable while searching for my car.
