great “Great Experience at BMW Bridgewater Dealership.” I had a great experience while shopping at the BMW of Bridgewater Dealership for my BMW 530i From “Great Experience at BMW Bridgewater Dealership.” I had a great experience while shopping at the BMW of Bridgewater Dealership for my BMW 530i From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted by the Manager and was introduce Savitri Presaud. From that moment an instant connection was made, she was very professional, great customer Skills and very knowledgeable about all vehicles and products of the dealership. I told her was vehicle I was interested in and immediately she explained all the feature of the vehicle And arrange a test drive of the vehicle – NO PRESSURE. After the test driving, she had a BMW genius go over the vehicle with me. We negotiated and I purchased the vehicle. I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received from Savitri. She is Genuine, Courteous and Knowledgeable. Her Professionalism along with Customer Skills! Definitely go see her. I would recommend Savitri, my BMW Sales Consultant to anyone. Great car buying experience from start to finish There was a BMW dealership closer to my home, but I chose Bridgewater because of it's rating and reputation. From my first phone call to Manjula, through my test drive, purchase and pick up of my X3,the process was incredibly smooth and professional. Manjula took her time with me and eventually I ordered a BMW X3 built exactly to my specifications. I took delivery of the car about 3 weeks later. That process went seamlessly and Manjula made a few follow up calls to make sure all was well with the vehicle. More

Fantastic Service! Best Service Department in New Jersey! Upon my arrival to BMW of Bridgewater I was greeted by Jeff (Service Manager). He was very professional and mad Best Service Department in New Jersey! Upon my arrival to BMW of Bridgewater I was greeted by Jeff (Service Manager). He was very professional and made me feel welcome! I explain the reason of my visit to him and my service advisor Monika. Both of them immediately took the lead to solve my problem. They were extremely professional, friendly, and informative. Monika and Jeff gave me an idea what was going on right away but advised the car will need to stay at the dealership for more detail diagnostics. Rohan offered me a loaner car immediately and helped me to remove all of my belongings from my vehicle into the loaner. He was professional and provided an overview of the loaner vehicle. He walked me to my car and wished me a great day. During the time my car was at the BMW of Bridgewater, Monika and Anthony (the shop foreman) kept me updated about the car and repairs that were needed. Anthony advised which parts really needed to be replace and which could wait. I felt comfortable with the service and didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off! Once I pick up my car, it was washed, clean and all ready for me. I couldn't be happier with the service! I recommend BMW of Bridgewater to everyone! Thank you Monika, Rohan,Anthony and Jeff for all of your hard work and dedication! Your knowledge, experience and customer dedication is priceless! More

Shawn Cook, the sales representative, was very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. The dealership was busy though to appraise my car, for me to test drive the car I w and attentive. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. The dealership was busy though to appraise my car, for me to test drive the car I wanted to buy and to meet the financial team, even though I had scheduled my visits. The manager told us it would take 15’ for the car appraisal and test drive, but we ended up staying at the dealership much longer. (The appraisal took much more than 15’ and the person assigned to do the test drive with us (not Shawn) could not find the car at the parking lot).The manager also asked for some additional documents that were not necessary, so not very helpful and attentive. More
