Complete Rip-Off Service Plan The dealership finance guy sold me an extended service plan for $2300 for my used BMW X5. Only been able to service the car twice in 1 year and replaced the wipers. The remaining visits when I asked for oil change or brake-pad replacement they refused to do so though I was told it was covered under the extended plan by the finance department when I purchased the vehicle. Even on the last day of the service plan they refused to do anything for the SUV. I met the finance guy and he said well we though you would put more miles. This dealership is running a complete scam service and finance department. BEWARE and stay away! Not going there anymore. More

We went for a test drive, and again he was patient and helpful. When we talked about pricing he presented the various packages in an organized way, and already sensed what I would want and/or need which made decision making easy. Along with Soni we also met the manager who we also enjoyed and felt no pressure which we appreciated very much. When I spoke with Soni a few days later about the actual purchase of the car, we agreed on a price that made the purchase possible. (I had been to another BMW dealership that had put the price range well beyond reach.) From the moment we walked in the door of Bridgewater BMW and worked with Soni, ito when I drove away in my BMW could not have been a more perfect and enjoyable experience. More

Lease of X1 -- Excellent Experience Leased a 2020 X1 2.8 in January, replacing a 2017 X1. This was at least the 14th car we have puchased or leased from this dealership (Bridgewater BMW Leased a 2020 X1 2.8 in January, replacing a 2017 X1. This was at least the 14th car we have puchased or leased from this dealership (Bridgewater BMW) and its predecessor (Hunterdon BMW), including 3-series, X1, X3, X5, and Z3, going back to 1978. The sales/leasing has always been seamless, as has servicing. Scott Marlowe worked with us on this most recent lease. He did a fine job: knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in all aspects of the transaction. I recommend Scott without any qualification whatsover.. More
