He was so patient and helpful in our decision to purchase the x7 or x6 and we never felt rushed or pressured. He made car buying fun again especially in this market where the salespeople just dont care about customer service and the cars are basically selling themselves. Thank you jae for being such a delight to buy a car from!! Also our experience in finance with mark sonn was equally as great. Incredibly helpful and non pressuring in explaining the best options in warranties and payment options. Best finance manager experience we have ever had ! More

After having a frustrating buying experience with another dealership I reached out to Catonsville and Jae lim was my salesman. What a difference between experiences. Such a great, upfront/honest and just al dealership I reached out to Catonsville and Jae lim was my salesman. What a difference between experiences.
