Joe Rivera and Bill Adams are amazing I am a returning customer of not only BMW, but of this particular dealership. My husband and I actually wanted a Jaguar, but we were so unimpressed I am a returning customer of not only BMW, but of this particular dealership. My husband and I actually wanted a Jaguar, but we were so unimpressed ( they just did not seem to care) with Clarksville Jaguar that we immediately turned the car around and drove to Catonsville BMW and met with Joe Rivera. He knew the product, emailed and called us many times and basically just really cares about what we wanted and how to build the right car for us. I was just so very pleased with Joe's knowledge and responsiveness. Bill Adams is a tremendously skilled mechanic who I have dealt with for many years, so on the back side of purchasing, I know that my car will be in expertise hands for any repairs needed. More
